Charming, centrally located hotel in Vilnius' Old Town. Friendly and warm staff, were pretty good too assist. Beautifully furnished and comfortable room. Superb breakfast with a wide selection of tasty fresh food. Spa facilities were small but excellent, including sauna. Convenient taxi service to the airport for a reasonable price.

The hotel is located in a prime location within walking distance of many interesting sights. It is close to all shops and restaurants, making it convenient for guests to explore the city. The hotel is situated on a pedestrian street and is just opposite the University church of St John, providing a beautiful view. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, and the buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options.

There is no complimentary water in the room for a 5-star hotel. the relaxation area, including the sauna and pool, can get crowded and not always well-maintained, with some guests not following proper hygiene practices.

This hotel is a true definition of luxury. the exclusive amenities fulfill the needs of even the most demanding travelers. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi offer a perfect opportunity for complete relaxation. the bar/lounge area is an ideal place to spend an evening with friends. the breakfast buffet is delicious, with a wide variety of options and the special diet menus are perfect for those with specific requirements. the location advantages are also great, as the hotel is in the heart of the city, close to many tourist attractions.

Despite that, the quality of the food was outstanding and the private facilities are exceptional with a full body massage leaving me feeling refreshed.

The room was lovely and spacious, with great amenities and a comfortable bed. The hotel is located right in the heart of the old town, close to restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and helpful, even offering a breakfast to-go at 4 am. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of tasty options. There is a restaurant on-site with a delivery service for drinks at reasonable prices.

The one minor issue I faced was that the coffee/tea in the lobby was not always available, which I found inconvenient.
